Hit my goal, trying to maintain where I am at
I set out to loose 20lbs and hit my goal a little over a week ago. Today when I weighed myself I am down 24 lbs. It seems like my metabolism has sped up so fast. I have backed off from working out at the health club to go in every other day. What other tips can you give me so I can maintain and not loose anymore weight? I take 2 caplets of the metabolic in the morning. I am 46 years old and I feel like my metabolism is when I was a freshman in highschool. I am very grateful for Favao and the results I have achieved.
