Metabolic
I have achieved the weight I feel is a good one for me, I went from a snug size 6 to a petite size 2, on 13 lbs., yipeee! I just have a little more fat on the body I want to lose, not weight, so should I continue the metabolic or will the new lifestyle of eating and exercise do that? Trying to tighten my budget but will continue until the fat is gone, I don't want to stop loosing fat. I will use the protein and fiber plus the supplements, and once and a while the cleanse, continuosly, just wondering if I have to continue the metabolic to reduce my body fat?
