I am having surgery soon and I want to fill my freezer with FAVAO meals. The only meal I have ever frozen is the week 1 Chicken Rice Bowl. I mainly work from home, and I would rather just prepare my meals fresh. I love the pizza-does that freeze well? For some reason, I can't imagine that would microwave well. I welcome any suggestions and I thank you in advance.
