meals adaptation for low burning metabolism
Please, help me resolve a dilemma.
I have a very low burning metabolism, and it was calculated that anything above 1000 calories in one day : I stock it. Which means that any meal plan above 1000 cal/day, I gain weight.
How can I cut/ reduce/ adapt the Favao meal plans in order to achieve weight loss?
3 different nutritionists were surprised to calculate that I have more than 10 kgs of fat to loose (when I am "only" 64 kg).
Other aggravating factor: I am 51 years old.
