HELP...any suggestions for substitutions for Week 3 menu?
I was getting ready to prepare my grocery list for week 3 and am not looking forward to the food at all :(
Is it OK to substitute quite a bit of the meal plan? Normally I wouldn't substitute much, but the week 3 meal plan just isn't appealing to me. I admit I am a picky eater and would rather not eat than eat something I don't like :o
I don't like jerky at all and I usually make a smoothie for my metabolic booster meal, and really don't want another. Any power snack suggestions?
