Foods and blood type
Hi all, I know that you are probably sick of hearing me talk about the blood type, however, it is very important that we eat those foods that are beneficial and not antagonistic to the cells. I am currently working on creating favao meal plans for each blood type for those who ask me. My question is what is the scientific formula behind the meal plan (percentages of fat, carbs and protein) and how does that change with age groups. If one of you wonderful ladies could help me out with this I would be so grateful.
