Women's chest exercises
I would like to minimize the muscle, skin, fat directly to the side of my underarms. It's almost tank top/sundress weather! I had been diligently doing the Fly exercises and fairly diligent about the Bench Press that were listed under Chest Exercises. (Not as good about the Push Ups because of cracking wrists). I even recently increased my dumbells from 3 to 5 lbs to try to work the area more - maybe this was a mistake. Although I am only a couple pounds from my goal weight, I am not satisfied with the bulge I have there!
