Fresh fruits and vegetables have a season. A season when they have the most flavor. A season when the nutritional value is the highest. A season when they tend to be the most affordable. Right now is the season for mangoes, and they are most definitely full of flavor and nutrients! Pick up a mango this week to create this simple and tasty mango shake. It is perfect for an Energy or Power Snack.

  • 1 scoop FAVAO protein powder
  • 1/2 diced and frozen mango
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 6 ice cubes
  • stevia and coconut extract if desired

Blend all ingredients to desired shake consistency (I personally recommend ice cream consistency) and enjoy! This little bit of heaven is 187 calories of pure bliss. But don’t wait...mangoes won’t be in season forever.

fruit desserts

One of my favorite summertime desserts is broiled grapefruit. Yup! Deeelish!
Just cut red grapefruit in half, section as usual.
sprinkle with stevia & cinnamon
pop under the broiler until the edges of the rind start to brown
Broiling makes it so juicy (don't burn your tongue)

It is very hard to see the websites meal plans. It is written in white and the background is also white. Are there plans to change this?

Would this be correct, or is it an error? Not very creative menu plan if eating same meals for week 4 as did for week 1.
