It is perfect for an Energy or Power Snack.
- 1 scoop FAVAO protein powder
- 1/2 diced and frozen mango
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 6 ice cubes
- stevia and coconut extract if desired
Blend all ingredients to desired shake consistency (I personally recommend ice cream consistency) and enjoy! This little bit of heaven is 187 calories of pure bliss. But don’t wait...mangoes won’t be in season forever.
